1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Lurevion's sessions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or our services.
2. Use of the Service and Acceptable Use
This site and the sessions described on it are provided for lawful, professional use by reporters and researchers. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to submit false or misleading information.
3. Intellectual Property
All text, materials, checklists and directories provided as part of Lurevion's sessions remain the intellectual property of Lurevion unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are provided for the personal professional use of the participant.
4. User Obligations
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide when booking a session, and for using any guidance received in a manner consistent with applicable Kenyan law, including when requesting documents from public bodies.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Sessions are educational and advisory in nature. Lurevion does not guarantee any particular reporting outcome, the release of any specific document by a public body, or the legal sufficiency of any request drafted using our guidance. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Lurevion's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or its services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant session.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, subject to any applicable rules on alternative dispute resolution.
